Picture a triathlon but with a tube! The Tube-A-Thon consists of 4 steps.

STEP ONE - You or a person on your team has to blow up your tube. If you're doing this as a relay, put the person with the biggest lung capacity here. Our test subjects were able to do it in 4 minutes.

STEP TWO - You or the a person on your team takes the inflated tube and runs one mile to the next checkpoint. Don't worry, every tube has two handles to make carrying easier, or put it over your shoulder. The tubes weigh about 5 pounds if you want to practice.

STEP THREE - You a person on your team will swim around a bouy with the tube. Remember, if you can't swim, simply paddle on top of the tube. It's about 3 feet deep for almost the entire water portion!

STEP FOUR - You or your teammate will run with the tube, stopping just short of the finish line. Then ROLL the tube across the finish!
